1. All sales of tobacco products on The Cigar Host LLC are final, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
2. In the case of damaged or defective products upon delivery, users must contact The Cigar Host LLC within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting evidence for  a resolution.
3. The Cigar Host LLC reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason not covered by this policy.
4. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
